...This Bosch dishwasher is a mighty fine piece of equipment. Very quiet, compared to our old Hotpoint machine, efficient and with many useful features. Ours came with some extra racks for long sharp knives etc and folding racks to accomodate larger saucepans etc. It even has a special spray adapter for baking trays. The High Street price may seem a little dear but we got a very good price by punting around on the net. This is now our 3rd piece of Bosch equipment, and so far none have let us down in any way. You can buy cheaper, but ...cheap is cheap! Whichever Bosch machine you buy I'm sure you won't be disappointed...even though it is from Germany! Buy it!...

Advantages: Very solid appliances Disadvantages: Just a 2 yr warranty
...We have had this dishwasher in our utility room as a second dishwasher which we use just when we entertain or have family around. Although it doesn't get quite as much use as the main dishwasher we have, which is a bosch integrated model, it still gets a thumbs up as it is a solid performer and we have always been happy with our Bosch products (we recently bought a load of new Bosch appliances for a new fitted kitchen from www.internetkitchenappliances.co.uk). After this experience we are happy to let everyone know that we are stuck on this brand and have friends who have since bought new Bosch appliances for their kitchen. I don't think we would ever buy non-German appliances again. I would be interested in seeing other comments on this model....

Advantages: Loads, see above Disadvantages: Long wash time, no progress indicator
...I have a Bosch Max machine as a replacement for a Hotpoint and I think that it is much better. It cleans cleaner, rinses much better and is very very quite. The letdowns are that it take a very long time to complete the cycle and there is no progress indicator so there is no way of knowing how long there is left to go. It is electronic so the selector doesn’t move round either like on older models. It has a good efficiency rating (B I believe) and A grade wash rating. I thing that the German machines are hard to match all round....
