The Author
I'm on my second Bosch TDS2021 Sensixx B20L Comfort in less than 12 months and it has now packed up just like the first. Despite following the cleaning/de-calc'ing instructions to the letter, once again it has stopped generating steam. Don't know the casue and have reached the point where I don't care. These are expensive irons and I would have expected a much higher level of quality from Bosch. Can't decide whether to return under warranty as I did with the first, as I really don't want a THIRD one - I suspect it will go the same way as the others.
PRO'S: Excellent performance when it works
I fear Bosch has just lost a customer.
