Rash I hear you say, Maybe yes but only to stop the mind going into freefall and exploding.
The Tick list in the mind went like this
1. Correct colour (white)
2. Decent speed (1400)
3. Price ok (£345)
4. Load ok (7kg)
Blah to all the eco technicalities, if it for sale in this day and age it should be good for the environment so why pay extra for a GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN machine when it should or will be automatically anyway.
The Machine
I opted for BoschWAE28467 at £345 a reasonable price with the retailer's delivery and removing the old machine it seemed ok.
Although my theory may be a little blind for my own benefit this is a Green eco machine, when you open the manual.

As I had owned several Bosch tools and found them incredibly reliable and of good quality, I suggested we go this time for a Bosch and having owned this machine now for around 6 months, it was certainly no mistake. We purchased the Bosch ClassiXX6 1200. We got our machine from Comet, who delivered it the following day and took away our old Hoover at no extra cost.
Quiet and Powerful
I was amazed at the quietness of the machine as it went through its cycle (Noise level washing (dB): 59, noise level spinning (dB): 79). With our old Hoover machine, I had often had to increase the volume of the TV when the thing went into its spin cycle. Enough said! But this Bosch brought a smile to my face as my wife said to me, ?it?s spinning, can you hear it?? I could barely discern a faint noise as I listened carefully. I couldn?t resist but go ...

Well I will start by saying I personally love my new washing machine, but then again after my last washing machine anything had to be better. So far this product has worked great for me & my family. With the economy the way it is right now the price was one of the main reasons we decided on the Bosch. Out of the brands we were looking at it fell in the middle price range wise. In my house laundry is pretty much a everyday thing so the fact that it can handle a fairly good size load of laundry was also very important to us. When looking for a new washing machine there are a ton of choices and every machine has different special features but in my opionion sometimes the fancier the product the more problems you can have with it. The BoschWAE may just be your run of the mill everyday normal washing machine but thats all we were looking for ...
