I really hate this machine and unsuccessfully asked my supplier to take it back. The biggest issue is the unreliability of spinning. On most programmes it is 50/50 whether my machine will perform the final spin or not, and on larger loads in the standard cotton/mixed loads washes it almost certainly will not. !00% failure to spin on the wool wash, even with a single small jumper. The 15 minute programme has never taken less than 40 minutes, and the digital timing prediction is rarely accurate. When "finished" it sends out a shrill beep until you open the door or turn the machine off - just what you want to listen to all night when you need clean clothes for the morning!
