Bose 321 GS System/
I bought this system directly from the Bose shop, even though I decided that day; I was not going to buy anything. But somehow, I found it impossible to resist the sleek and slender design of the Bose 321 GS System. It was demonstrated to me in the shop by the very helpful staff, but they did not need to sell it to me. The system sold itself, based on everything from sound to looks. The one off-putting thing however, ... ...many other alternatives to the Bose system, but all the same, it is still pretty damn good.
Accompanied with my Philips flat screen, bought on the same day (was a worryingly expensive day), the Bose system takes pride of place in my living room. Now, I have to say, it does look pretty impressive, and does kick out a Dolby Digital 5.1 sound quality, in other words, makes your sofa vibrate.

The one off-putting thing however, was the extremely steep price, but I tried to keep that out of my head, knowing that it was great value for money.
The sound is utterly amazing, but was it really worth over a grand? Seems not really, as a few months later, I purchased a £50 Creative Labs system from Argos, to find out the sound quality from a system 20 times cheaper, was almost as good. There are many other alternatives to the Bose system, but all the same, it is still pretty damn good.

The set consists of two speakers, a subwoofer, and a table top DVD player. The system is compatible with many systems, such as MP3/4 players, video cameras, play stations etc, which is quite a cool feature. But the thing is most systems now offer that plus more, so does this Bose system really have that much of an edge? The honest and disappointing answer to that question is a straight up no; which is a shame for the grand it costs.
Overall the product is brilliant, it looks stunning, it works perfectly, and it just delivers all-round. The problem is you can get the same thing for about half the price, shame really.
Advantages: Sleek Elegant Design, Top quality sound, Includes DVD and Radio into one compact box. Disadvantages: You can get distorted sound on the radio.
The Bose 321 Gs is a stunning product. Just at a glance the sleek design of the product hits you straight in the face and pulls you in. The design and the colors are just beautiful and just screams to you buy me. If you like the smooth elegant design then this is indefinably the product for you.
The actually product also follows on from the excellent design work. The product consists of 2 speakers and a Subwoofer. It also has a DVD player and a ... ...lack of wires. The bose system consists of only 3 wires connecting the system together and your ready to go.
Overall although bose is either a love or hate product i can defiantly say that maybe the price is a bit to expensive but i do recommend this product. ...

Advantages: superb quality of sound and picture Disadvantages: hidden costs
The basic points of the entertainment system are:
Pros:
1 - Unbelievable sound quality
2 - Easy installation, 3 cables, 2 speakers, 1 boxset hence 321
3 - great picture quality
4 - prepares you for the future of digital tv with HD compatibility
5 - stores huge amounts of music on the hard drive installed in the set.
Cons :
1 - hidden costs in the hdmi cable and speaker fixings.
2 - unattractive box set. Large and clumsy.
3 - only comes ... ...is a beautiful model and great for home entertainment without bursting your purse strings. Unbelievably easy to install with minimal effort, only things were when I bought it there were the hidden costs of speaker fixings to attach to the wall and the hdmi cable for future purchase of a HDTV but otherwise highly recommend it. ...

Advantages: A hassle-free setup for such high quality audio and video. Disadvantages: A little on the pricey side, DVD player not multi-region.
the differences between the 3 types of 321? From the literature, the basic 321 Series II is the regular unit with the larger satellite speakers - the 321 GS Series II comes with smaller 'Gemstone' speakers and the GSX variant is a GS system which contains a storage medium to archive up to 200 hours of music or video - apart from that, they are technically the same.
Packaged with the system are all the basic accessories you need to get it working right away, including power cables for the region in which you bought it, speaker and Acoustimass cables, remote control with batteries, AM/FM antennas, stereo and video cables, easy to follow instructions and a setup DVD.
In addition to the usual multi-language instruction manual, Bose provides a nice graphical instructional poster showing you exactly where to put each cable, connector and screw ...
