Sound is crisp and clear as you would expect from a company of Boses reputation. The technology they use to provide the listener with the crystal clear pure digital sound never fails to amaze me especially from a set of two units with such a small desktop footprint. The supplied demo cd will astound the listener with it reprductions of a variety of sounds from bird song to thunderstorm, it will have you looking over your shoulder to check that a flock of song birds haven't flew into the room. I would have no hesitation in recommending these speakers to anyone on a budget. Bose is a very reputable company, which is why I switched from my Cambridge speakers with sub woofer to these smaller more portable speakers. The sound difference was much better and I wasn't dissapointed, how ever the Bose speakers did cost a little more. These speakers are ideal for computers, CD players and MP3 players forget the all in one speakers built for your MP3 player, this product will sound a lot better for the same price. The speakers ...

After many many demonstrations and visits to shops i found one particluar shop my favourite, Bose. I was on the search for a set of computer speakers to replace the stereo system and stick with MP3s. I cant believe i hesitated over buying these!
I bought these speakers a month ago initially to play my iPod through. As the sound was so great i have since linked these to my TV therefore experiencing amazing sound when watching TV, DVD's and playing my PS3 and Blu-Ray's. They are great for a bedroom and would recommend these to everyone! They also come with a great little jog dial from which you can control the volume or apply a one touch mute. The only downside is that they do not have a remote but this is expected as they are made to be computer monitor speakers.
Since buying these and seeing how good Bose products are I have since recommended to a freind who has gone on to buy other Bose products.
If quality in sound is what you are looking for, trust Bose!
You will not be dissapointed! ...
