    The Bose SoundDock is a smart, stylish sound system for your ipod. The look of this piece of kit is smart, It looks very stylish. Available in white or black. The Design is arched which allows for the sound to be angled when in use. The back is pretty plain and houses most of the components. Bang centre on the front you will see the docking area fro your beloved ipod. This unit has a larger footprint than its competitors 6.65" H x 11.91 W x 6.48" D (16.89cm x 30.26 x 16.47cm) 4.56lbs and weighs 2.1kg.     I was looking around for a digital dock system that I could use on my iPod in the house. I wanted something that was fairly discrete, good looking and gave a good performance. After doing a lot of research across the web, I sort of narrowed my options down and tended to lean towards this Bose system. Bose are arguably the Rolls Royce option of sound system speakers (many upmarket car manufacturers use Bose speaker systems in their cars). Reviews seemed to be good and it was a nice looking system.     How music should sound I love listening to my music and usually i am satisfied with listening to it through my headphones on my ipod or my phone but occassionally i like to turn it up really loud and annoy the neighbours. I have had a Bose SoundDock ever since I bought my ipod as it is something I had always coveted when I had seen them in shops and im pleased to say that it didn't let me down.     I've seen Bose sound systems promoted for years for their great sound quality, usually in newspapers and on the back of glossy magazines, with full-colour ads explaining how great they are. Because of this, I've always had an image of Bose products as having exceptional sound quality, and being generally top-notch well made technical products.
