Street Pilot c550t - One of the Best?

...Having just purchased the Garmin StreetPilot c550t, as an upgrade to the nuvi 300. I have road tested it over the past few days, in differing locations, from wide open spaces to built up valley areas. I can say that this GPS performs superbly well and is a front runner for in car satelite navigation, at a great price. Having used TomTom, Mio, Navman and Garmin, I find there is no comparison, Garmin seem to be the current leader in GPS navigation and this has to be high on the "must have" list of gadgets. Very user friendly and easy to operate.
Working straight from the box, the satelite signal was locked on within a minute, from cold start, in a built up valley location The unit even picks up a clear signal indoors, (obviously I would not guarantee this for everyone). No flip-up antenna, which is a plus. Text to speech is a great...
