Bouncers is a brilliant play. It is incredibly funny and very human. it revolves around a nightclub with several different groups of characters all played by the same four actors. They play lads on the pull, women on the razzle and of course the bouncers as well as others. The switch from character to character is very clever and the play as a whole flows from one sequence to the next. Godber has an eye for capturing a real slice of life with great humour. I would recommend this to anyone. ...

The characters are brilliant - all four VERY diffrent with distinct personalities.
They all try to be harsh but, in fact, they are all merely human, with pure human en=motions going on inside of them.
It is both a great read and a pleasant piece of art to watch at the theatre.
It portrays feelings and emotions of the four bouncers whose life stories become known to us as the story progresses , and their real personalities arebeing gradually revealed to us in the course of the book.

`Like a kid let loose in a sweet shop` is an apt decription of me visiting Thornton`s.A trip to the Master Chocolatiers is an emotional experience for any chocoholic!The exquisite range of creativity is almost to much to take in.Our nearest Thornton`s shop is in a designer shopping outlet and has recently had a rather swish coffee shop built onto the back.
Inside of the shop every shelf is magical,filled with speciality chocolates that cater for everyone and all tastes.
My favourite?The Continental range,soft rich truffles,hazelnut slices,mousses and pralines ina mix of dark light and white chocolate.
Thornton`s began life in Sheffield in 1911 and it was only the total devotion of their chocolatiers that have made them what they are today.
Chocolate is used to express emotions and to celebrate a wide range of social occasions.
