THE EFFECT
Well this lippy claims to have an "intensive moisturising effect" and to be fair it certainly does do that!! The properties in this lippy giving you your gorgeous soft lips are the mango and shea butter ingredients. Basically it acts as a lip balm with colour. When your putting it on you really can feel your lips getting moisturised!!
THE COLOUR
This is the only bit that lets it down a bit, but hey, we can't all be perfect can we!!! The actual colour is fab. I went for the Rose Requinque which isn't a strong colour in the first place, but when first on it does look nice and rich. The colour does not last for ages with this lippy, but then it doesn't claim to do that in the first place. There are 11 colours in this range, and all of them look lovely. I think the best way you could describe the shades of this range are subtle. Bourjois has always focused on colour, and even though this range isn't as bold as it's usual colours, they are still very "pretty" If you like your lippy very obvious and strong, this probably wouldn't be the best product for you.
WOULD I RECOMMEND?
I would highly recommend this product if you want a subtle shade, and you want lovely moisturised lips...a perfect lippy for the winter. You do need to apply this lippy quite frequently to keep the colour, but the softness does last for a good few hours. At approx £8, it isn't the cheapest, and if you are considering docteur glamour for it's moisturising prooperties, it might be cheaper just to get some lip balm!!! I got this product at my local loyds pharmacy, and i have seen it in boots, so it is very available. I do love this product though, and it helps it looks so good!!!

Advantages: Moisturising, glossy look, nice colour selection Disadvantages: A bit pricey, maybe not right for a more defined make-up look
...forum and having previously found Bourjois products to be of quite good quality for someone who didn't want designer brands, I thought I'd give it a go.
How it looks:
This Lipstick comes in a cute compact package, just like many other Bourjois products which are known for their original and somewhat quirky packaging. It looks like something that a real glamour girl in the 1950s would have owned - hence the name!
Colouring: My lipstick is shade ... ...on Bourjois products so you could get it cheaper at these times. I would say that it is worth the price you pay for it.
Overall: I would recommend this lipstick to those who are used to wearing gloss or those who are looking for a more moisturising lipstick! ...

Advantages: Moisturising. Large range of colours. Disadvantages: More expensive than others.
...in Boots, as with other Bourjois products it comes in funky packaging. As you can see from the picture, this is no different. The stick feels well made and durable.
The lipstick goes on smoothly and has a really moisturising feel.
I have this in 16 Lilas ausculte but it was so hard to choose a colour as there were many shades on offer. The product gives a slight glossy look.
Once on the colour lasts about as long as a standard lipstick. I did ... ...as soon as my lips felt too dry to be comfortable which took a surprisingly long time (until about lunch time when normally I reapply lip balm almost every 2 hours).
Overall I'd say this lipstick is one of the best I've tried for moisturising and the colour is lovely. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. ...
