I got the Bourjois bronzer brush when I first bought the bronzer, which was about a year ago. They both came out at around the same time and it looked really nice and they made a nice set together so I bought them both. To be honest I can't remember how much it was, it says on here £10 but I remember it being more in the region of £7-8, but maybe it has gone up in price since then.

The bristles of the brush match as they are a chocolate colour with a few more golden bristles between them. Overall the brush just looks really cute!

How it looks
It came in a clear plastic cover to protect it which was really plain but I loved the look of the brush straight away, It has a bronzy coloured base with Bourjois Paris written on in gold lettering, with some of the usual French calligraphy beneath this. The bristles of the brush match as they are a chocolate colour with a few more golden bristles between them. Overall the brush just looks really cute!
Using the brush
The first thing I noticed was that the bristles are really, really smooth. It feels really good quality. Also there are loads of bristles making the brush really thick. Because the bristles are so dense it means they pick up loads of the bronzer / blusher you are using. This makes it a lot easier, and saves time as you no longer have to continuously reapply until the correct colour is achieved. Usually I find with one application there is enough colour. Because the brush is so smooth it feels great on your face. I have fairly sensitive skin on my cheeks which reacts badly with other brushes I have used which feel kind of prickly on your face and rough.
The brush it a nice shape too. I am not a fan of thin blusher brushes which leave you looking a bit streaky. This one is quite big so a more even effect is achieved as it covers your whole cheek in one go. However it might not be as useful if you wanted to achieve a contoured effect with your cheek bones as it is hard to specifically target one area with this brush.
I also love the size of the brush. Most blusher brushes have a long handle, which I've realised now really isn't needed. This is shorter and fits in any handbag I use or make-up bag.
My only main complaint about the brush would be that quite often the bristles come off onto your face. Not loads of them at once but occasionally I notice this. Despite this the brush has lasted me a year now and it still in good condition.
I have washed it a few times just using warm water and this hasn't affected it at all.
Overall Opinion
I would definitely advise this blusher brush particularly to anyone who wants big, even coverage and those with sensitive skin. If it has gone up to £10 I still think it is good value for money as it works so well and lasts a long time.
Advantages: Beautiful shades, handy pot, included eyeshadow brush Disadvantages: application can be messy, pot can release product in your make up bag
This was my first ever Bourjois product, and it got me hooked for life!
***The Product***
Bourjois say "The unique, no spills pot and ingenius built in brush are the perfect companion for a professional application wherever you are. The clever pot deposits just the right amount of powder on the brush with each application. Explore the multiple facets of the intense, shimmering shades".
***The Pot***
Bourjois say it's a "no spills pot" well me and my friends have found otherwise. At the bottom of many of our make up bags is bourjois eyeshadow powder. When you knock over the pot nothing will come out but if the lide has come off it in your make up bag and it's moving around in there then it's a different story. The pot is clear allowing you to know which fabulous shade you will be applying to your eyelids. It has any easy twist lid ...
Advantages: Good choice of colours, lasts pretty much all day Disadvantages: Application, Price, so i buy mine off ebay for 1/2 the price! Brush goes funny after a while.
About Bourjois
In 1860's French perfumer Alexandre Napoleon Bourjois developed superior quality theatrical makeup to replace the thick and greasy creams that were uncomfortable for actresses to wear.
In 1863 he created the world's first powder blush - Pastel Joues
The blush was a great success and as makeup usage was becoming more fashionable, women everywhere were eager to experience the magic of Bourjois!
The brand is all about colour, quality; this is true for every product in the Bourjois collection.
Bourjois developed the first 2-step mascara with Coupe de Theatre and Suivez mon Regards was the first loose powder eye shadow in a cute pot with it's own built-in brush.

Advantages: gives a natural glow to your cheeks Disadvantages: you can't get enough of it
You cannot go wrong unless you're one of those make up disasters. the Bourjois blusher is soft , blends with the texture of your skin and gives you a fantastic natural look.
However to get a positive result, try using a powderbrush instead of the tiny little one provided with the blusher. I usually suck in my cheeks and brush it over my cheek bone.
It's really good value for money and does not irritate your skin. I have very dry sky and wearing make up is most of the time problematic. I've been using bourjois for over 3 years now and I've never experienced a sudden mushrooming of spots due to clogged pores.
You have a variety of colours at your disposition. [over ten].The one i find the most complimenting is the Rose Ambre. but that's my opinion!!!
They're are pocket sized, and will easily fit in your bag. And for those who ...
