I like the way it looks with its modern lines and blue/silver finish. The sideburn trimmer is neatly stuck to the front and can be slid up for use. The foil is tilted at a slight angle. It is about 15cm in length and about 6cm wide, and the funky blue on/off button at the side completes the job! For travelling, there's a heavy plastic shell case which snaps shut and stops the unit getting ... ...earlier I had been using a razor for about a week before I got this. The Braun 4747 was a gift from my wife at Christmas time I told her she was wasting her time, but she said she'd read good things about it so I told her I'd give it a try and boy am I glad I did! It shaves as close as ay blade I have used and doesn't irritate my skin at all. The time it saves me in the mornings is fantastic.
