I am 23, live in Essex and at the moment trying to save to move to New Zealand and Australia for a few years, fingers crossed I will soon be sitting on a beach in the sunshine! :o)

I had never thought of using an epilator (mostly due to hearing how painful it is!!) until I saw it advertised in a magazine so I decided to stop being a wimp and to give it a go!
I was slightly put off by the noise and the speed of the rollers spinning however when I plucked up the courage I was very surprised by how little the pain was! This has a cooling pack and the rollers "massage" as you go which help this be less painful than I originally thought.
I have used the beginner head and gradually worked my way up to the expert which cuts the time in half due to have double the amount of tweezers which is slightly more painful but quicker!
There is an additional head you can use which is designed for under arms and bikini lines (I haven't plucked up the courage to use this yet!)
There is also a "smart light" which comes on as soon as the epilator is switched on. This high lights the hairs which you may have missed or areas which need to go over again.
I found this really simple to use as all you have to do is put on the approriate head, plug in and switch on! The epilator should be put on at a 90 degree angle and used from bottom to top at a slow speed. A brush is also supplied to remove hairs in the rollers to ensure it is easy to clean.
This is a mains only epilator.
I bought this from Amazon.co.uk for Ł59.99 and free super saver delivery. Definitely a worthwhile buy and lots cheaper than waxing in the long run!
One tip would be make sure you epilate the night before as it does cause your legs to go red but it will go down overnight especially using the ice pack and putting on lots of moisturiser!

Good tip about using it at night, never thought of that. I'm looking to buy one, or rather, sum up the courage to buy one, but will look at this on amazon now. Let me know how it goes on the underarms. I'm too chicken to try myself! Great review! Jooleybooley x
