After all these years I invested in an epilator. I always thought it would hurt as everyone I knew had said it was.
When I opened my product it looked scarey. I plugged it into the mains, it has a long wire which made it easier. I was sweating with fear at the noise before even trying. I thought no pain no gain and used the expert head first as there are two different head one for beginners. It is loud and has a light so you can see your hair. After the initial pain which was not bad the massagers took the pain away. It just felt like a sharp tingle. It can be a little more sharp round the ankle but I got over it. This is better than waxing as that is definitly more painfull and for anyone who wants to make it less scratchy there is an ice pack for the more frightened first time buyers. My legs feel great and look good as there was no rash. The bikinni area was not so fun but it is ment to get less painfull the more you use it. Will never use anything else on my legs in future as I am now a converted epilator.
I paid Ł25 at boots as it is on offer at the moment. It has a beginner head with less pulling action and two different tops for the heads. The roller one made my skin tingle and took the pain away the other head top gets it closer to the skin. A bag for storage with brush to clean heads and an ice pack to cool your skin.
