(Virgin reviewer) Okay… let’s get this straight (pardon the pun)… I’ve had this product for a couple of weeks (bought as a birthday present, by my wuvely partner) and I have some opinions that I’d like to share. I bought these straightners a while ago thinking they would be great for doing my hair after having to wear a hat all day at work. While they did fit in my work bag they are a little big for your average handbag but they aren't too heavy which is good. Anyway so there i was in the staff toilets expecting to reapear looking like a supermodel with my straight hair! but no my hair was still a mess, smelt a bit funny and i was now stressed from trying to use them!! I bought these straighteners when they first came out, thinking that they would be great for those days where you get caught in the rain. i thought i would be able to pop into the toilets at work and come out looking spectacular. however, this was not the case. they took an eternity to heat up, then my hair was too thick for them. i would say that they are ideal for those with short or thin hair. you would be there all day trying to use them on long or thick hair. however, what they are good for, pop them in your bag when you go on a night out and use them periodically when you go to the ... more

ok, well what can i say , they are not ghd, if you have very fuzzy hair do not get this product, if you want super straight hair do not get this product. it is not the easyest thing to use and it has a gas refill, so you do need to keep paying out the refills are around £3-£4 each time , some times you hair can get court between the metal irons , causing hair to snap off, and it dose not get as hot as alot of other products so what is good about this i here you say , well when i first got this , i was not happy ,so a couple of week later i got ghd........... so i had no use for the braun ... more
