Advantages Great value, whitens teeth, good value.

Disadvantages None.

Ever since I had a brace when I was 14 I've always been a bit obsessed with keeping my teeth really clean. It's important to clean your teeth anyway obviously but I got into a routine of really looking after my teeth and I still keep it up now. I used to have an electric toothbrush when I was younger but it was only recently that I decided to have a look for another one.

I had a look in Boots at various different toothbrushes, and to be honest the price of most was ridiculous. I couldn't justify spending a fortune, so I was glad to be Braun Oral B Vitality Dual Clean on offer for just over £20. The selling price at the moment in Boots is £30; however there are loads of deals available if you look online.

Visually, the toothbrush looks very modern, the major difference between this and other electric tooth brushes being the two heads, one which oscillates and one which rotates. The handle of the toothbrush is quite thick and fits nicely into the hand; it's very easy to grip and features a two tone blue exterior as well as housing the on/off switch. The two heads also fit with the colour scheme and the bristles look really good quality.

The toothbrush sits on a charging stand which plugs in to a shaving point; no adapter is included obviously so you might need to buy one. The toothbrush needs to be charged for 18 hours to give 30 minutes of brushing time. I've always found that the toothbrush battery lasts well, and I usually charge my toothbrush once a week. A very handy feature of this toothbrush is that it has a timer setting which goes off after two minutes. The toothbrush pulses a few times then goes back to normal brushing so you continue if you want although two minutes is plenty but we are all guilty of doing a quick brush and not realising just how little time we're actually cleaning our teeth for.

I found the brush to be of very high quality whilst brushing my teeth, they feel completely clean and look really clean too. It seems to reach all the places it's easy to miss with a normal tooth brush and is said to also promote gum health. The brush provides 7,600 pulsations per minute which is obviously a lot better than anyone could achieve manually.

I've been really pleased with my purchase of the Braun Oral B Vitality Dual Clean; it's a really good price and does just what I want. I doubt it's the most sophisticated tooth brush available but in all honesty some are ridiculously priced and I'd say for the average user this is more than enough. A great buy.

This sounds good. I could do with buying something similar.
