Thermoscan digistal thermometer is a handy bit of equipment to have in order to determine your temperature quickly and easily. I have two childen and have has this since before the ledest was born - he is 5. I wuld say a thermometer of this type, one where the temperature is taken in teh ear, is a must when you have children. When having my booking in appointment with my first child the midwife had asked us if there was any history of temperature fits in the families, there is history on my side but it came to light that my husband had infact suffered them when he was little. After trying to use an under arm thermometer on my little man several times during illnesses I soon came to the conclusion that these were just not accurate enough, took too long to read the temperature and because of this it was difficult to keep a young child still enough.
