And also I am really used to manual brushing. I had also asked some of my friend that is using the electric toothbrush and most of them said that they are really satisfied with their electric toothbrush.

**** PRICE ****
The Oral B Professional Care 7000 cost about GBP42.00. I can't give you a specific amount because every shop shows different price and the one that I got cost GBP20.00 and I bought it from EBay. But most of the shops sell this product on half price. Well, I think GBP42.00 is quite expensive for a toothbrush, but after using it, I fell I am spending a correct amount of money for a decent product.
**** PACKAGE ****
The product comes in 2 type of packaging. There are in box and also in plastic molded container. If you want to buy this product as a present for your friends and love one, I recommend you to buy the one that are in boxes. But both of the packaging are all the same and come with the same features and accessories.
**** FEATURE ****
:::::::::::::::: Dual speed 3D cleaning for sensitive areas :::::::::::::::
a. These features are one of the latest inventions that had been discovered by the Oral B Company and claimed that this features can help reducing the damage to gums during your cleaning session. Its also claim that this features can remove more plaque than manual brushing
b. What I mean by 3D cleaning is the "in-and-out" pulsating movements (40,000 per minute) and oscillating rotations (8,800 per minute) that work when you cleaning your teeth at the same time. I think this is the highest speed that available in the market at the moment.
c. This feature also claims that it can improve the heath of the gum reversing the gingivitis.
d. The high speed pulsation had been agreed by the dentist that it can promote the health of the gum and prevent the gum loosening the teeth.
a. This feature is useful for protecting your gums form getting hurt during brushing process. If you push the brush head too hard, the 3D cleaning action will be automatically change to a normal cleaning action and this is not recommended because it maybe cant perform the cleaning well.
b. You will automatically know if you are pushing the brush head too hard. The oscillating process will keep doing the job but you will not experience the pulsations action at the tooth brush when you over pressing.
c. What I can suggest is that you just put the brush on your teeth and just let the machine do the job.
d. When you are using this brush, you will know automatically if you are over pressing or not. You can hear the difference.
::::::::::::::: Two Minutes Timer :::::::::::::::::
a. This feature really helps me a lot when I am cleaning my teeth. Actually this feature is not just 2 minute timer. It is a 30 second timer times 4 and at the end of the forth timer, It will tell you that you are already reach the 2 minute cleaning regime.
b. The reason why they make divide 2 minute into 4 sections is because of our teeth. We have 2 sections of teeth that are lower and upper teeth and each section is divided again by two. So in this situation, we will be cleaning our teeth every 30 second on every quarter of our teeth. And that I think was very amazing. Now I know how to what to do and where should I 'go'.
a. This feature is just like ordinary Oral B Electric Toothbrush. The full charge session for the first time that takes about 16 hours will give you a brilliant performance about 7 days with a standard usage of 2 minutes, twice a day.
b. Oral B Professional care use the ion lithium type battery and this means you don't have to discharge the battery before you want to charge it. You just put it at the charging station after you finish using it.
c. But it is advisable to recharge the battery once every 6 month so that the toothbrush can operate in its optimum performance.
**** OPERATING ORAL B PROFESSIONAL CARE 7000****
::::::::::::::: Basic :::::::::::::::
a. When you first open the packaging, please check that all the items are included inside the package. The components are i. The brush head ii. The wall holder iii. Electric holder iv. Charge station v. Small colorful washer vi. Switch together with the charge station
::::::::::::::: Charging :::::::::::::::
a. Charging the unit for the first time can be time consuming but it is normal because we need to put the energy to the battery because the battery is fully empty.
b. Once the battery is fully charged, you can start experiencing the great cleaning device ever. By the way, every time you charge the toothbrush, you will see the blue indicator light blinking and when it is fully charged, the blue indicator light will be stop blinking.
c. The battery can be recharge again and again without have to wait for the battery power to gone to zero. There is no such thing as overcharging for this great toothbrush.
d. But as what I had mentioned before, please do discharge the battery once every 6 month. They way to discharge is very easy. You just have to switch it on until the machine is 'dead'. Peace of cake.
::::::::::::::::: Using the switch ::::::::::::::::
a. This toothbrush has 2 speeds that are fast and lower speed. The lower speed is specially designed for sensitive teeth.
b. So if you push the start button for the first time, it will go to fast mode and if you press it for the second time, it will be on the lower mode. If you press it again for the third time, you will switch the toothbrush off.
::::::::::::::: Using the toothbrush :::::::::::::::::
a. Yeah, first thing you have to make sure that the brush head are connected with the handle.
b. After put the toothpaste on the brush and put the brush head at your teeth. You have to put it at your teeth first because if you start the toothbrush without putting it at your teeth, all the paste will be splashing and flying around. So make sure you avoid doing that.
c. Then after that, you can start brushing. I will give some good tips on brushing your teeth using the Oral B Professional Care later.
::::::::::::::::: After using the toothbrush ::::::::::::::::
a. Rinse the brush head by put it under the running water and also let the water running into all the holes at the brush head. And makes sure you switch the toothbrush on while rinsing the brush head.
b. After that, detach the brush head from the handle and put the bottom of the brush head under the running water and also rinse the metal head that holding the brush head and the handle. This is to prevent the metal from getting rusted although the metal is made from stainless steel. As the conclusion… Just clean the brush and handle under running water.
c. Dry it using dry cloth or as for me, I just splash it to the air and it is already dry! LOL
**** ALERT ****
1. If you using Oral B Professional Care for the first time, you will be experiencing some bleeding on your gums. Bleeding will be happening for the first, second and third day and will be bleeding will stop after that. It will not be a bad bleeding so you don't have to be worried too much. I think this is happening because of the toothbrush really doing its job. As what I can see, the brush really getting into hard area of your teeth so that is why bleeding occurred.
**** WARRANTY ****
1. As long it is not your fault (manufacturer defect) you can try to ask for refund. As what I know, there is 2 years UK warranty for this product.
2. There are also '24 Month Performance Warranty' for the user who are still not satisfy that this great toothbrush still can't reduce the plaque. Which I think is ridiculous because this toothbrush really works!
**** HINTS & TIPS ****
1. Although the recommended time for brushing is two minutes, I always brush for about 4 minutes. I always spend about 1 minute on each quarter of my teeth. And the best way to make sure you feel your teeth are really clean is to brush the teeth one by one. I can guarantee that you will feel the difference at your teeth.
2. Do not over pressed the brush or scrub your teeth because it will not clean your teeth. Just let the brushes do the entire job for.
3. Remember to do flossing and use mouthwash as well for great result.
**** CONCLUSION ****
I had been using this toothbrush for almost 3 month now and until now I still can feel the different every time I use it. It feels like you just having a full dental treatment and your teeth feel so clean. As long you brush your teeth according the way that had been mentioned, you can feel the different. I can see the different visually especially at my front teeth are hard to be clean using the manual toothbrush.
The cavities that stuck at my teeth are no longer as visible like before and I am sure within 4 month of using this toothbrush, the cavities at the teeth will be gone! But please make sure that you are not fully depending on this toothbrush. Please do some flossing and wash your mouth with mouthwash as well. Good luck for your Hollywood Smile :-)

...failing is overcome by the Braun Oral-B PC7000D 17.511 electric toothbrush made by one of the leading manufactures of dental health care products. My dentist recommended the purchase after my last visit for an extraction as a result of an abscess
The toothbrush can be a bit pricey I have seen it anything up to £44 but like always it pays to shop around for the best deal and being a well known manufacturer there are plenty of stockists

...the lot and bought this Braun 7000D. It cost me £44 at Tesco and comes with the rechargeable batteries and charger. I could notice the difference in the way the brush works around over the teeth straight away. Initially I had some bleeding in the gums but that disappeared by the end of 1st week. I have been using this brush for the last 4 months and am enormously happy with it. My suggestion is that you need to spend some time on funny corners and ... ...that this brush pulsates and oscillates for effective cleaning. There is reminder beep every 30 secs for you to time your brushing. The head bristles is coloured to tell you when you need to replace the head but these are very expensive. So that might be a thing of bother for people. I have not replaced my brush head until now and I feel it is not necessary to do so just because the bristles are discoloured. Advantages: Removes more plaque than a manual toothbrush, quick and easy to use Disadvantages: A bit noisy!
Having visited my dentist recently, she recommended I try an Oral B electric toothbrush, as I have some gum problems, and need to keep my teeth and gums really clean.
The RRP for this toothbrush is around £45 in the shops at the moment, but I got mine for £22 on Ebay!
I've not used an electric brush before and I must say it was quite different to a normal manual toothbrush. I'm used to scrubbing away, but you just guide the brushhead slowly along ... ...to the vibrations, and don't forget to put the brush in your mouth before switching it on, otherwise the toothpaste slides off straight down the plug hole! It gives a signal every 30 seconds so you can divide your 2 minutes recommended brushing time on all areas of your teeth.
Apparently it pulsates (moves in and out) 40,000 times a minute to loosen plaque, and oscillates (moves side to side!) 8,800 times a minute to whisk away the plaque!

i think this is the one i have... having never used an electric toothbrush before i was immediately impressed anyway, however when i visited home and borrowed my mums electric toothbrush (make unknown) i realised just how good this one is!! Yes my gums bled slightly to begin with, but werent sore and after a few uses they're absolutely fine! This toothbrush leaves your teeth feeling ultra clean and squeaky, i feel like iv just left the dentist everytime ... ...in the day than manual. The timer is brilliant and ensures you brush for the correct amount of time and the small head gets right to the back of your mouth, even my hard to reach wisdom teeth get brushed! Easy to use and a full charge last ages!
Overall impressive product, well recommended cant believe i didnt buy this sooner!
Note: bought mine from john lewis, who delivered on time and were great, but if i'd have shopped around i could have easily ...

...and then purchased the Braun Oral-B PC7000D 17.511. I found it and still do amazing and it certainly keeps the teeth and gums in tip top condition and reduces the sessions I have to have at the Dentist. It is very easy to use with an easy grip on the handle. Also the head of the toothbrush is very pliable and you can move it around your mouth/teeth just like a manual toothbrush but better. You can easily detach the Brush Heads to replace them when ...
