Well this was my first shaver I bought when it really was the time I should start shaving! I looked about on Amazon for a few minutes and discovered this was one of the cheapest eletric razors and (low on cash at the time) decided to buy it.

Charge time:

Excellent - Charge this for a few hours and it will last for atleast a month depending on usage, I tend to shave for about 2 minutes every other day

How to clean:

Very simple, take off the razor head and run under the tap, can be done in a few seconds

Quality of the shave:

I would say fairly decent, I tend to run over each area roughly 3 times and that leaves my skin feeling smooth. The only issue the head isn't very dynamic, that is it can't swivel or react to the contours of your face, meaning some areas are very difficult to get at. After a full shave most of my face will feel smooth yet some areas, especially the back of your jaw, just below your ear have had little hair removed. I have to perform some crazy stunt where I stretch that part of my skin onto my cheek where it is flat enough to shave, it's hard to explain without a performance. Also recently, despite washing my razor every week or so I have developed some inflamation around the jaw line area, although for the first 6 months I possessed this razor there was no issue so it may not be related.

Trimmer: This is very very poor, very rarely will I try and use the trimmer of the Braun. I find it impossible not to accidently nip myself with this and leave an embarrasing dotted line like scab. I don't dare use this on my neck, I feel like i'm in Sweeney Todd's barber shop, not knowing when it could deal that fatal strike

Overall: A decent first razor at a decent price, just beware of the trimmer... You have been warned!
