    Oral B suggest you change your heads every 3 months which means that a 4 pack for £15 should last a year. I don't think that's bad when you compare the price to disposable brushes that last around 4weeks. My first head came along with my sonic toothbrush but I'm told these heads fit any Oral B tooth brush base. I was quite pleased with the feel of it in my mouth, it has soft rubber backing that gives it a quality feel.
