My husband and I saw this maker at Christmas. We waited to make sure it was really the coffee maker that we wanted to buy. We absoultely love it. I can make hot coco in the morning and he can make his coffee. He gets a fresh brewed cup of coffee everytime. There is no wasting of coffee. It's easy to use and convienent. When we have guests over, I can make each of them a different drink if they prefer. It's easy to use and easy to clean. If your guest want the same drink, each drink has to be made seperately instead of being able to make multiple cups at one time. However, there is no waste when you make one cup at a time.
