IF YOU WANT YOUR KIDS TO CHANGE TO A HEALTHIER OPTION...

Advantages: Soft; tastes good; keeps well; freezes well; healthy.
Disadvantages: More pricey than some other brands but worth the extra pennies.

A whole meal of wholemeal.

Advantages: Healthy, great texture, and doesn't break apart.
Disadvantages: None that i can think of.
