I recently bought this for myself as i wanted to started making my own bread/cakes buns from scratch. This machine came highly recommened and it didnt fail to impress me. Very easy to use with a little bit of practise, oh and not forgetting to put the kneeding blade before adding ingrediants etc.. helps !! ...there is a timer feature on it which means you can set it to start say before you get up in the morning so you can wake up to the lovely smell of freash bread, but is that a good idea because you will just want to eat it all ! I find using the fast bake option more than adequate for general sandwich bread , and i have made gingerbread in it also. I've had mine for about 6 months and love it. Although the price tag is hefty (£95-100 new from mainstream retailers, £80 ex-display or refurbished) it is honestly worth it if you love bread. I saw this breadmaker on offer in John Lewis just before Christmas and I simply had to buy it. It was half price and came with a free bakery book.
