ridiculously false failures

...trouble's) I took it to NATIONWIDE AUTOCENTRE in Banbury. i knew it would fail on a couple of things he told me needed doing, but not to the extent of a 'ballpark' figure of £800. Needless to say, i thanked them for the thorough 2 hour M.O.T. and went on my way. I then went to A.T.S. in banbury, (the 'A' stands for awesome in this case) to query the failure on the tyre, to which they assured me wasn't a failure! I then spoke to my friend about the ... ...£800. PLEASE stay away from nationwide autocentres unless you enjoy paying top price for unnecessary work. Going to go back to N.A. today to demand a refund on their mot, trading standards will be notified. P.S. i do apologise to all the people that think this is a rant and not a review, but if you had been lied to by a garage, who then tried to steal nearly £700 off you. Slow response times
Advantages: price Disadvantages: do not bother to check that their contractors can really attend in times they give
Joined Brittania through CSMA as price was good. Used them twice in 2 years and each time they took 2 hours to arrive. Both breakdowns were in populated areas which were easy to get to and neither were in peak breakdown periods. Problem seems to be that they use contractors who basically will lie about how quick they can get there so they get the job. each time I was told help would arrive within the hour, but Brittania don't check with customer ... ...them twice each time. They subsequently sent me a satisfaction form to complete but failed to respond in any way to my comments regarding service. I did not renew for a third year as I see no point in saving a few pounds if they are so poor when you actually need them ...

They did not do the work they said they had done .....
Advantages: They will sort it out if you shout loud enough ( but should you have to ) Disadvantages: They need training in customer service.
...Road branch in Gloucester of Nationwide Autocentre - and the work was hardly done. I will explain.
The locking nuts to take off the wheels were never used ( still in packet ) and the vehicle was returned with empty washer bottles and the radiator cap had not been taken off ( paper left under cap to see if the reviews here were true ) I am totally incensed with this company. How do I know that the other work has been done ? I have to say it is doubtful ... ...reviewed, and surprise surpirse even Nationwide auto centre had to admit that certain work was not done. They stated they would get it done properly, and did so within a day offering half my money back.
This was good of them. Now this centre has had incredibly difficult staffing issues of late, and have a new manager who I undertsand has been asked to sort matters out.
If this is right then start at the front desk with the reception the customer ...
