be irrevocably in love with a vampire is both
fantasy and nightmare woven into a dangerously
heightened reality for Bella Swan. Pulled in one
direction by her intense passion for Edward

Breaking Dawn - spoken text

Advantages: easy to listen to, great story
Disadvantages: none

...very enjoyable.

Breaking Dawn is the adult of the saga, being the final book it begins with the marriage of Bella and Edward, goes on to describe their honeymoon and the realization that Bella becomes pregnant. It then goes on to detail her transformation and the upcoming conflict between the Cullens and the 'royal' Volturi.

Stephanie Mayer has written a masterpiece for teenage fiction and the audio books really do it justice.
...because you don't have to sit next to a blinding bedside lamp, it's more relaxing and enjoyable. It's a little bit less distracting to because you can plug in your headphones and just listen away.

The speaker describes the story in a steady rhythem being dramatic and effective in all the right places. I would recomend this product to any one that doesn't like reading because they're truly missing out and shouldn't have to wait until ... more

When The Pawn Finally Becomes The Queen...

Advantages: A Great Engrossing Read, Well Loved Characters In A Brilliant Story
Disadvantages: The Series Ends With It

As the final instalment of a series I would just like to mention firstly that I will attempt to keep all major points of this story out of my review, but may touch on past events in the series. My apologies if I mention anything that you have not already read, but please note you have been warned. Continue at your own risk. Right? Background / General Info ----------------------------------- Breaking Dawn is the fourth book in the hugely popular ?twilight series? written by Stephenie Meyer. Released in August 2008 and is an impressive 756 pages long. It?s a mammoth book and as far as I?m aware it is currently only available in hardback, which does make for a bit of awkward handling as it?s so chunky. The book follows both Bella Swan (a human 17 year old) and Edward Cullen (A 100 Year old vampire). The couple are the main ...

Review of Breaking Dawn (Twilight Saga) - Stephenie Meyer

Oh, yee! Twists and more twists from Stephenie Meyer

Advantages: Fab storytelling and characterisation
Disadvantages: Drags at times, disappointed at ending

Breaking Dawn is the fourth book in Stephenie Meyer's series, aimed mainly at the teenage girl market, with elements of romance slightly outweighing those of horror, fantasy and action. It is a brilliantly scripted fourth book, and does the other three justice. It is worth pointing out that it would be very hard to read this book as a stand alone novel, as events that have occurred in the previous three books are very relevant, and I feel you may flounder with incomprehension should you attempt this fourth tale without the experience of the first three under your belt. Similarly, in reviewing this fourth book, I may reveal elements of these previous three books which could spoil them for you. Indeed, I believe it necessary to get a grasp of the characters and events unfolding. However, I will not give any spoilers for Breaking Dawn ...

Review of Breaking Dawn (Twilight Saga) - Stephenie Meyer

Breaking Dawn- the final installment

Advantages: Great, Original, charming
Disadvantages: lengthy

Breaking Dawn is the 4th part of the Twilight Series written by Stephenie Meyer. Therefore Reviewing the 4th book of a series can contain many spoilers to those who have read only the first or none at all. Stephenie Meyer is a new American author, she began with her Twilight books. She also has written a book named "The Host" and helped write "Prom Nights from Hell" along with Meg Cabot (Princess Diaries), Michele Jaffe (Bad Kitty), Kim Harrison (A fistful of charms) and Lauren Myracle (ttyl). The actual Twilight series is based on the life of Isabella Swan, who is in love with a vampire named Edward Cullen. Throughout the books she has hit many problems, such as nearlly being killed by another vampire in "Twilight", having to go against the oldest vampire family in "New Moon"and being at the sidelines of a full blown war in ...
