...been out and bought the avent pump with an £89.00 price tag. This I thought was expensive but was in hind site well worth it. Its easy to use and not harmful to the nipple like some. I have used it for 3 months and do not know what I would of done without it, it definately played a part in me breast feeding for longer. Comfortable and Easy to use

Advantages: Easy to use, has batteries as well as a plug, different speeds, efficient
Disadvantages: Noisy

I used this product for three months while I was breastfeeding my little boy. I was able to express enough milk to feed him if I was out for the day or was going to work. I found it really easy to use and was able to express milk at the end of each fed. I was suprised at the amount of milk it was able to extract. This made long-term expressing possible for me

Advantages: fantastic pump, comfortable, not noisy, well-built, interchangable with all other Avent products, amazing customer service
Disadvantages: Not at all cheap, heavier than other pumps

I love my ISIS pump!

Advantages: Comfortable, easy to use, unobtrusive
Disadvantages: You can really only use Avent bottles with it.

The trigger is also much easier to pull than other pumps I experimented with. My hands got sore when trying out other pumps. I like that you only have to actively pump to get things started; after that, you only have to squeeze the trigger once in awhile ...
