Expensive but can be worth it depending on your leakiness!

Advantages: Very, very absorbent. Quite discreet (for a breast pad)
Disadvantages: Quite expensive and difficult to find

These are great - I had big problems with leakiness at night and these were by far the most absorbent pads I tried - they seem to have a sort of gel layer in the middle, a bit like nappies. They are thin and shaped, so quite discreet. They are quite expensive and can be difficult to obtain compared to other brands but they are worth it if you do leak a lot.
