I bought one of these machines off an internet site, the seller has lots of these for sale. Anyway, got the machine and decided to try it later that evening, my husband had gone to bed but on hearing a godawful noise came dashing down wondering what the heck was going on. it was the machine. Sent that one back and have recieved another this morning but that is just as noisy. I did phone Breville when I had trouble with the first and they told me they took that model out of production ages ago... I havnt tried any coffee in it yet because, although I have put through 2 tanks of water the water that comes out smells highly of chlorine and looks cloudy so I dont fancy drinking it. I have also got a little stove top jobbie which makes excellent coffee so this CW3 has got hard work to compare to the simple old fashioned way of brewing a decent expresso. I dont think I can be doingwith so much flushing through I just want to turn on and brew, drink then go back for more
