Advantages: Good instruction book and easy to use
Disadvantages: large and a little bulky

...I bought a breville breadmaker as I wanted to be able to make my own bread free of additives. The breville bread maker comes with a comprehensive instruction and reciepe book. Also with the bread maker comes a beaker for measuring out the water and a spoon that measures a tablespoon at one end and a teaspoon at the other. The bread maker can make different size loaves and the reciepe book gives the amounts needed. You can also choose the type of crust you require it has three settings. I have always used the crustiest setting, as in a breadmaker it's never as crusty as the oven. To make bread in the breadmaker for the reciepes you will need butter, salt, yeast, milk powder, water and strong flour. Advantages: Quick, fast, easy to clean
Disadvantages: fillings very hot so fast you could leave too long

...I have had a breville for around ten years now it sadly broke last week I am so glad it did as the new easy clean breville far outshines the ery old model what I had previously by far. It it chrome and has easy clean plates that just pop out with only a slight nudge this is very handy as my children use it often and do tend to overload the fillings quite a bit, it makes it so much easier to be able to take out the plates to clean instead of having to try to clean the suface as it is, its straight in the washing up bowl now so much easier wish the old one had broke ages ago.Another advantage is it cooks so quick the first time I used it I nearly burnt it so beware of just how quick it cooks and the filings are roasting when cooking another thing to becareful of.
