Advantages: Healthy Juice's Disadvantages: The cleaning up afterwards
Recently due to low blood pressure I was told there is nothing I could eat or drink to help bring blood pressure up- because I was also told I was anaemic I though there has to be something, so after searching the internet I found out that drinking Vitamin C will help absorb iron (which I was lacking) and caffeine does the opposite. So I cut out caffeine and though I'd try juicing fruit and Vegetables to increase my intake of Vitamin C and Iron.
