This is a stylish piece of Kitchen equipment that would fit nicely in to any home.
Advantages
It is sleek, Silver / Chrome in colour and compact as described by the manafacturer. It has two speeds and a powerful 700 watt motor that juices any fruit (with skin on if required) into a pure fruit juice, or if you choose a frothy juice. Simple to use, just pop the fruit in to the hopper and select the speed you require (speed 1 - juice, speed 2 - frothy juice) and then using the rammer, push down on the fruit to mash it, producing a nice refreshing drink. The price does vary from stockist to stockist, but on the whole a product well worth every penny. It can even be used to mash vegetables, such as Carrot, Cucumber and freshly cooked Beetroot et,.again resulting in a smooth, refreshing drink.
Disadvantages
The machine is very difficult to clean with a total of 6 different surfaces to clean. The rotating blade / foil, the rammer, the lid (inc hopper) and the bowl that fits under the blade, and the pulp collector and the jug to collect your juice..... It is noisy and the blade is not easy to clean (sharp) but they did provide a brush to clean it with. We found that, by the time we had peeled 3 Oranges (for a decent glass of Orange Juice, depending on size of the Oranges of course), and mashed them to provide one glass of Orange Juice, it took about 20 minutes to clean it out properly afterwards!!!!!
Conclusion
This fruit juicer is quick, does exactly what is expected of it, but can be pricey, depending on where you buy it. It is noisy and hard to clean afterwards, but does make a quality drink. Not only is the drink healthy for you, but think of the Calories you'll use to clean it out afterwards.............
