We have been searching for a juicer for a long time and had almost decided on a mid-range 800w motor, when we saw this one and totally fell in love. It was much more expensive than the one we planned to buy, but definitely worth the difference in price.
The look of this juicer is amazing, beatuiful stainless steel, professional looking, clean lines. It has a 12000w motor, amazingly powerful. The first time we used it, we could not believe the speed and the ease in which it dealt with the fruit. A medium apple, whole, just vanished within a fraction of a second, followed by a stream of lovely juice.
The patented large chute allows juicing whole fruits, saving the need to cut, which is nice.
Most parts of the juicer are metal, ensuring durability and there are no white parts that may stain. The commercial style on/off switch and juicing speed controls are easy to use and seem strong. Even cleaning proved a breeze, even the filter was quickly cleaned with the aid of the brush provided and some water.
There is a safety mechanism that stops the juicer working if not properly locked and if overloaded/overheating.
A really good buy.

I still adore my parent's Jack La Lanne juicer. A good review though more info to convince given the price.

I used this one on my recent break. It is very powerful, and the two speed thing is good. However it is almost identical to my own juicer and if this was £249, then although the silver looks slick, I dont think it warrants an additional £150, as the quality of juice is no better (same centrifugal force method)

A 12000W motor? I really hope you mean RPM because that would be scary... nice review anyway!
