I bought my Breville JE6 about 2 months ago, and have used it about 4 times a week since, so it's probably been used betwwen 30 and 40 times. That's hardly extensive use, yet it already looks like its past its best. Despite following the instructions to the letter, handling it gently, and always thoroughly washing it after use, it has a number of chips in the locking mechanism where the juicer part fits on the stand, and the lid is badly discoloured.
However, despite this it still does its job adequately enough, and for just over £30 for both a juicer and blender I shouldn't really complain. If you're looking to make lots of juice for a large family, then this isn't really up to your requirements, but if you just want an entry level juicer to make a small amount of juice, then its about the cheapest one you'll find.
