I needed a new kettle and prefer breville as they have always been a good make and i have never had any complains with their items....

i went round my local town centre to look for a decent one and this one caught my eye - also, it was in a sale at hughes for £12.99 so i snapped it up - that was a good deal for breville...

now for the boring bits;-

1.7ltre jug kettle
cordless 8000w
concealed elements
on/off light indicator
water level indicator
plus 1yr warranty

i chose the white one but you could also get it in silver....

I also think it is easy to use and clean and the flex isnt too long so it doesnt get in the way, making this safer than my last kettle...
