I recently purchased one of these after i blew my other one up!. (dodgy ingredients i reckon) hee hee.

Some good and bad points about this toastie machine, firstly the chrome looks fantastic, but quickly dimishes when you use it, not terribly but it does, but if you do avidly clean it after each use then it should retain its great look.

The non stick teflon, does exactly what it says, so far i havent had a ripped toastie (we all know what they are - :P) but this is one part of the machine that i do clean with a kitchen towel.

Best advise i can give you is to clean it while its still warm, it takes about 20 secs... or 5 minutes if you leave it.

Cost me £24.99 from an electrical shop in Staffordshire

Great value due to its looks, breville really do make sexy toasti machine.

Heats up very quickly, so be quick with your ingredients. Much quicker than ive seen before. Makes 2 rounds, but i must add that they are "deep", allowing more ingredients in your toastie, if you like them filled, then this is the one for you.

Cooking with the Breville is easy and makes a great meal everytime, great if your in a rush, one thing that may be of importance for the user is the lock on the breville toastie maker is very easy to use, my previous one, i literally had to stand on it to shut it, this one locks very easily due to its deep fill. All ages will be able to use as you dont need to be the size of arnie to shut/lock the toastie maker.

Dont be shy filling the toasties as this also seals the edges virtually elimating any excess spillages etc.

light weight and easy to use.

A great party piece in the kitchen as it always gets attention!... weird.
