i saw this product when in Sainsbury's and thinking they wouldnt sell anything that could bring them a law suit, and that it was so very cheap i got a pack :-)... and yes after giving up smoking after 28 years in just 2 weeks i got myself WHITE WHITE teeth...which i had thaught previously impossible without a good sand blasting! A year later now and they are still white, so the extra packs i bought with my joy after the first two weeks remain in the bathroom cabinet till i need them.
The kit in three easy steps comes with full and easy to follow instructions for use and a 10 year old could follow them without fear. ( 1. paint teeth with accelerator 2. using a gum guard immerse your teeth with tooth whitener 3 . brush teeth with provided paste )However there are some things i would point out for ease of use and effect.
First, dry your teeth well before putting on the accelerator, youll need less and it will work better.
Second, do not fill the gum guard with whitener , rather place whitener on your index finger and gently spread it over your teeth.....youll get the right amount on to do the job and run no risk of spillage into your mouth....infact youll tripple the length of the course you bought :-))))
Third, you have to put the gum guard... this keeps all the gell on your teeth for the time you have it on your teeth rather than in your mouth! However the gum guard is made to some unknown american universal standard. Mouths are not all the same as we all know so the gum guard may not be right for you. Try it first on a dry run and cut if needed to fit you comfortably.
I imagine a person that buys this product is one that needs it ..... so i would say yes a difference can be seen in 7 days but 2 to 3 weeks makes the real difference :-) .... and thats what you get from the box for 10pounds in sainsbury's if you use it like this with care...and 10 pounds compared to what the dentist will charge is a joke.

I am sure I would gag with this in my mouth. I just saw the other comment about buying the product for £4.00 so that would be good to add into the review. I presume the gum is safe just in case you do swallow it. Fionaxx
