I saw this product in my Xmas shop & just thought £6 (Morrison's) isnt that much to spend on teeth whitening.
Bought it but didnt try it straight away then read the instructions & got on with it. The applicator for the liquid is pretty simple to apply & then putting the gel into the mouth guard, you just need to know how much to put in.
What I did was apply aplicant & gel then use to mouth guard and then use to guard to rub against the molar teeth as it doesnt quite reach mine then keep my mouth closed tight for 10 minutes.
Then removed guard & brush with my Oral B electric toothbrush. Overall it does seem to make a bit off difference but whiter than white not quite. It may be different for other users but I did make my teeth a bit whiter may look @ an alternative then go back to it 6 or7/10

As theawahaid said more detail is needed. I would consider using something like this as I drink far too much tea. Tea stained teeth or white teeth hmm? lol

Red wine and ciggies have not helped me so even a bit of difference would be nice
