Brisingr is the third novel in the highly acclaimed Inheritance Cycle of books written by the young author Christopher Paolini. Although this was supposed to be the last book, it did come as a shock for all fans to know that there will be another book in the series and that the Inheritance Trilogy has been extended to the Inheritance Cycle.

I just finished reading this book a couple of days ago and like the previous other novels, I was once again impressed by the details that Paolini has gone into to make this another action packed adventure. From the time that Eragon and Sapphira travel to rescue Roran's beloved till their trip to the elven city of Elessmera up to the final battle where Oromis dies, I was hooked onto it page after page.

A wonderfully written novel, this one is a must read for all lovers of the fantasy genre. Although I recommend reading this one after you've read the first two books else you might lose your way a bit

I read "Eragon" and "Eldest". I found the first book w - o - n -d - e - r - f - u - l; the second one is, in my opinion, a little bit boring. I like this cycle and I love fantasy genre, but I think that I will not read "Brisingr" so soon. Now I want to concentrate to other genres. If I will decide to read this one, I will have to take the others books, 'cause I forgot a lot of things about the story! Bye!
