I would like to inform you about BRISTOL TRADE CENTRE. Few weeks ago I bought a car from them, and basically, I can say that is my worse experience as a customer since I am living in this country. as I discover in the internet that I am not the only one who is not happy about them. To be honnest I was very naive, I just trusted them thinking that they were honnest.
BTC sold me a car with lot of problems, firstly I had to wait a week before taking the car. problem of battery, windscreen wiper, no MOT, radio not working, problem of code etc...the first day I took the car I arrived at home and as soon as I parked on the street the petrol was pourring a lot, it was really scary because both me and my girlfriend had cigarettes in our hands. when I return there they did not bothered at all making me wait more than 2 hours. and finally telling me to leave the car and come back the following day. amazingly it was 2 other customers very angry and complaining.
The other problem was my finance. the car cost 5,499.00 pounds with 0% finance I give them 1000 pounds plus a voucher of 500 pounds that I found from there own website. I agree to to pay 108.40 pounds for 46 months. weeks after I receive the finance agreement telling me that I have to pay : -1 repayment of 162.03 pounds -46 repayments of 145.43 -1 last repayment of 205.43
what about my deposit and the voucher of 500 pounds. they take advantage also for my poor english to rip me off.
Last time I heard from them they told me we have nothingelse to deal with you just call blackhorse and deal with them. I tried to call them back since but when they know it's me they tell me we are very busy we will call you later. and even being very very rude.
By the way the also fill in the tank with diesel instead of unleaded petrol. I can still go on and on about this company.
please do your own investigation for exemple just in the net is what I found for the moment.

(+) loads of cars, great choice, friendly helpful staff no pressure, fantastic prices. (-) can get very busy on the weekend, we had to wait to be served, best to get there early.

I don't know how they are still getting away with it, they are thieves! Take care, and don't give up fighting them. x
