It appealed because several books that I had glanced at were obviously aimed at an american market and I thought that this would be better. The guide was not pocket sized by any imagination but would fit ok in a backpack if we were out for the day.
As soon as I got home I started reading. I ended up reading it cover-to-cover whilst reading snippets out to my family about all the excitement we were to experience. The book is written in a very easy to read format. It is clearly laid out with chapter headings in bold print on the top of each page. There are lots of colour photographs of the attractions as well. I have been taking holidays in Orlando, Florida with my family for years now. I cant get enough of the place but always find our 2 or 3 break packed full of activities. WIshing we had discovered this book on our first visit, we regularly dip into this book for information or to find out about new places to visit. So why do I like this book in particular?
Well it is crammed full of information specifically on Orlando and the WaltDisneyWorld area, not the whole of Florida which a lot of guides do and where a lot of the information is of no use to you.
