BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT 2009 (Note before you begin - This is a pretty long review as I wanted to cover all of Britain's Got Talent, so by all means don't read all of this if it doesn't interest you, it's hopefully quite clearly subtitled so just skip to whatever bits interest you, if any) Intro Talent in Britain is something that doesn't come around too often, especially if you're following the latest attempts of our various sports teams. But on this show, Britain proves just how talented it really is. Britain's Got Talent is an immensely popular talent show devised by the person we all love to ... more

    Advantages Advantages Great Fun show!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Often critisised by the press, rumours.

Over the past couple of months I, along with several million other people, have been following the hit reality series Britain's Got Talent. I've enjoyed the “tea time” entertainment and have found it immensely satisfying to watch. It's been a greatly amusing to watch the terrible acts that think they are brilliant and equally as amusing and enjoyable to watch the good, talented acts who will clearly go to the final. ***ABOUT BRITAINS GOT TALENT*** I’m sure nearly everyone will have heard of or watched this show at some point. This show first hit our screen’s in 2007 and was shown on ITV, and was presented by the fabulous Ant and Dec. The aim of this show is to find a suitable person with talent who can perform at the Royal Variety Show in front of the queen. Not only do they get the chance to perform in front of royalty but they also get to win a massive £100,000 as well. The contestants have to perform their talent in front of an audience and in front of 3 judges whom will decide whether they should go ... more

Advantages Advantages Entertainment, humour, the auditions, the judges and of course THE TALENT!

Disadvantages Disadvantages When it's all over and we have to wait another year!

A reality TV addict (sad but true), I look forward to watching Britain's Got Talent every year. Despite my other half's protests, I watch every episode and find it entertaining, interesting, cringe-worthy at times, hilarious at others and tear-jerking at moments. But the burning issue is: does Britain actually have talent? 'Britain's Got Talent' was first aired in June 2007. The objective is to find an act worthy of performing at the Royal Variety Performance in front of the Royal Family. In 2007, Paul Potts shocked the nation when he opened his mouth and sang absolutely beautifully inducing ... more
