After wiinessing the nightmare that was my best friends removal do not even think about using this company. She moved from up north back to the south. Her husband has suffered stroke and therefore is not able to assist in this at all. The company was hired to pack the house dismantle the furniture from one house and the reassemble and unpack with all items in the correct place and room. When they first arrived a young guy from the outside of the house informed her that it would not fit in the house she then replied that it had original come from the same house so would go back in. Rather than bore you all with every detail they put boxes in the wrong rooms the continued to fill the house with boxes even when they were informed that unless they unloaded some furniture for the boxes to go into then they would not be able to fit the furniture in. They continued to ignore this and just get annoyed that someone had dared to question them.. Of course when it came to the furniture what they did manage to reassemble was unsafe to use and therefore had to be reassembled by us. All the rest they could not put where it needed to be as all the boxes were in the way.. They left her with not one room useable in the whole house.. Thanks Brittaninia great job at adding more stress like she needed any more in her life.
