I am moved to writing this because in so many of my ops I believe that credit must be given when it is deserved, and in the case of Britannia Rescue I am firmly of the opinion that they are one of the most under rated Roadside Assistance/Rescue organisations in the UK....We've been voted Road Rescue 'Best Buy' for the 4th consecutive time by the UK's leading consumer testing magazine - and the following pages show you why.

I have been a member since 1986 when I joined through working for the Local Government and being a member of Unison, they were fairly small then, but the membership fees were well worth it, a mighty package of included services for a small membership fee, I understand over the last few years they have managed to sign up 550 Agents nationwide who in turn guarantee its members the best possible Nationwide service.
UNISON and the RNLI are Affinity Partners with Britannia Rescue - and in turn this gives discounts if you are a member of Unison or the RNLI. Existing members of Britannia Rescue can also earn bonuses ( £10 shiopping voucher) by signing up their friends...

In 5 years I have used them once, and they were brilliant, they came to my rescue where Renault left me high and dry under a Renault warranty, Britannia got to me in about 20 mins which was excellent considering I was on the M65 in the middle of the day, it took a further 30 mins to organise a transporter vehicle to get me and my car home, Britannia took care of the whole thing, even phoning my wife at work for me to let her know where I was and that I was OK..

If you are having problems with your current motoring organisation and are looking for a better alternative, you really could do a lot worse than consider Britannia Rescue, for me they are the No 1 Motoring organisation in the UK and my 4th Emergency service...

I liked your op it covered the breakdown service very well. I have been in the CSMA for about 40 yrs and joined Brittania almost as soon as it started. I have used it a few times and the service was excellent about 20 mins seems to be averageresponse time. My sons were included and having older cars used it more than I did and they were very pleased. Including my sons was the best thing I did as I wasn't called to tow them back or take the jump leads at some unearthly hour.
