Having only recently joined Ciao i notice that there are no recent reviews for Britannia so thought it was time one was added.
I joined because as a civil servant i got a cheap deal, but the service has surprised me and I can't see me leaving for one of the other main stream providers unless they have a drastic reduction in price.I pay about £70 for all singing and dancing cover. This is far cheaper than AA and the likes that charge over £100 for the equivalent.
I have only used Britannia a couple of times, flat battery and a dodgy starter motor, but on both occasions they were with me in less than an hour, (one was at *.30 am as well). The bloke was great, very polite and helpful. even gave advice on where to get new parts etc.If your in the civil service you really should consider this service, join CSMA and you also get a free motoring magazine every month with lots of articles and offers.
