i am a car dealer and over the last 3 years i have bought about 300 cars from bca group, let me tell you that bca will do everything to mask and hide any faults on the cars they sell, the auctioneers take false bids to get the price up and drop the hammer fast when one of there buddies bid on the car, they are all on the take and must have hundreds of empty brown envelopes at home, if a car has sat nav that doesn't work they will not tell you they will just forget it has it when it comes in the hall, they send there men around all of the cars turning the engine warning lights off before the auction, they are the biggest crooks in the motor trade and charge a fortune in buyers fees for trade and public. every 10 cars i buy i can bet my life that at least 3 will need major repairs, i have seen private buyers in tears when there pick the car up and find out they have bought a shed and by the time they have paid fees , taxed and tested the car it will cost them more than buying from an honest dealer like me and they have no warranty either, when the pay the fees they think its a warranty for the car but it is only a garrentee that the car is not stolen, 20% of cars sold at auction have had major panel and paint repairs not declared on the register. my advise is to give them a wide berth as even us pro,s get it wrong at bca. if panorama done an under cover documentary it would be very interesting viewing, and please Q W stop sending private buyers to the slaughter and making up your prices you claim to have offered cars at auction as you forget to mention the grade and history.
