Unsatisfactory Sky broadband connection speed and Router problems

Advantages: its free
Disadvantages: keeps losing connecion, very slow, customer sevices poor

Tiscali B'band - you'd get better customer service from a corpse

Advantages: For two days in he last month, the fasted broadband I've ever had
Disadvantages: Aweful service, lack of support, poor connection and speed, overseas callcentres

In fairness I enjoyed 12 months of perfect broadband last year but having moved five doors down the road the last month has put me through every emotion of dispair humanly possible. Knowing I was moving I asked to switch my broadband which they said would be fine. GOOD SERVICE, EXCELLENT SUPPORT
