The Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet Adapter came built in to my pc, and I wouldn't want to replace it. It provides a fast, reliable connection. Was easy to connect to and set up a connection with other pc's, laptop's, etc. Great for gamers or business' that require wired link up between machines, servers or both. Felt like the data transfer was instant, so was perfect for backing up data from one machine onto another Driver's are very easy to get hold of, just download them straight from the manufacturers website. Which also has very good support, if any problems should arise. Very fast if needing updating due to new driver releases.
I would highly recommend this ethenet adapter to anyone. Especially gamers or small businesses.
