I ordered a Mondeo Zetec Nav estate due to the price being the lowest I found after weeks of searching. The site advertised free delivery against the specific car but after providing a £500 deposit I found that there is a delivery charge from the dealer they referred me to.The car was also advertised as available sooner than it actually was with the dealer - the dealer estimated 6 - 8 weeks, well 8 weeks is up in the next few days and still no sign of the car so I will be dependant on hiring a car if it does not arrive next week.
Don't get me wrong, the price is a fantastic saving but I wish broadspeed had been more open about it's advertised costs,I phoned them as the dealer was unable to help but whilst agreeing the advert was misleading they were not very helpful,in fact I got two versions by 2 different people.
I will update when the car arrives to confirm if the end result was worth it.
