I use this fax machine at work and it is the cause of so much stress and tension I thought I would let you all know how I was beaten by such a plain, dull and basically annoying machine that jams on a regular basis, smudges fax transmissions and forgets to send certain important pages at random.
If you wanted to buy a BrotherFAX 8360P and I would urge everyone reading not to it would cost around £230 and for that you get the faxmachine, a network cable to hook it up to your LAN and a lead to plug it into the phone network to enable transmissions. We have had our BrotherFAX 8360P for 6 months and the problems started pretty much straight away and the instruction manuals FAQ are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, as it the manufacturers support.
