    Advantages Advantages Affordable, looks smart and simple, fulfils the basic functions of a fax machine

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Sounds squeaky after a year, might need replacing soon….

    When I first started my working life, fax machines were commonplace and were a valued means of communication. These days, when speaking on the phone, if someone asks me to fax something over I have to stop myself from saying “FAX IT? What century are you living in?!”. Anyway, some people still use faxes, and although our usage is rare we still have to have a fax machine in our office. We bought this one about a year ago to replace our previous one which was slowly dying, causing much stress around payroll time as our bank still relies on receiving our payroll by fax.     Advantages Advantages ease of use with clear instructions on the lcd screen

    Disadvantages Disadvantages ribbon runs out very quickly with printing reports and costs £16.99 to replace

    Upon opening i was very excited as this was my first fax machine, i didn't plan to use it a lot but as i found this easy to work the instructions to set up baby proof i have found myself using it more and more. sending a fax couldn't be easier once i worked out which way to put the paper in. it is small and compact and my little girl loves to dial out using the phone, so the feactures are good but a little confusing to start with. my only quibble would be that the fax spends the whole time printing reviews and so wastes the ribon which costs £16.99 to replace, however you can look at the old ... more
